Welcome to Resolution Copper internal auction platform, created to provide clients with a convenient and transparent way to purchase surplus, used, and decommissioned mining-related equipment and materials.

This site is designed to give qualified buyers access to a rotating inventory of mining assets through a fair and competitive auction process. Items may include equipment, parts, tools, and other materials no longer needed for operations but still valuable for continued use.

Our goal is to streamline the resale process, reduce waste, and offer clients an efficient opportunity to acquire mining-related items at competitive prices.

Auction Terms & Important Information

To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all participants, the following rules apply to all auctions:
    •    Payment is due prior to pick up.
    •    Accepted forms of payment: money order or certified check only made out to Resolution Copper Mining LLC

• Final Sale. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or chargebacks will be permitted for any reason once payment is received.

    •    Item pickup must be scheduled with the auction and warehouse teams and occur within the agreed upon pick up window.

    •    All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied.

    •    Buyers are responsible for pickup, loading, and transportation unless otherwise stated in the item description. If trailer or tow truck is needed for removal, the buyer must schedule with the approved third party for removal of the item at one of the designated pickup timeslots; this is to be done at the buyer’s expense.

Failure to comply with payment or pickup timelines may result in forfeiture of the item and impact eligibility for future auctions.

Purchaser shall accept the goods “as is” and Resolution Copper Mining LLC makes no warranty, express or implied, of any kind whatsoever, including without limitation, as to the merchantability of the goods, their condition, or fitness for any purpose, or as to infringement, or as to the condition of the premises on which the goods are located.

Purchaser further releases and agrees to indemnify Resolution Copper Mining LLC from and against any claim, demand, cause of action, or any loss, damage (including personal injury, death, and property damage), expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees), judgment, or other liability resulting from any such claim, demand, cause of action, to the extent same arises from or relates to the use of the goods by the Purchaser, its officers, employees, agents, licensees, or any other third party, including any party who purchases the goods if same are resold by Purchaser.
